The 6 x 1/1 gastronorm compatible FCC 6X compact combination oven offers a range of features that makes it easy to produce consistently great food. With an interactive touch screen, a 400 programme storage capacity (with up to 15 individual steps in each), hand shower and automatic washing system - this combination oven is ideal for any kitchen but with a width of only 510mm it is perfect for those with limited space. Multilevel and Just in Time cooking modes enable food items that require different cooking times to be cooked simultaneously. This model reqires an additional water treatment system.
